Be your own captain! You can rent a boat and discover all the hidden and secluded beaches of our island, along with enjoying activities such as snorkeling and rod fishing. All boats are equipped with everything you need during your boat ride, so that you do not miss anything, but also be perfectly safe onboard!

For RIB boat rental, a speedboat license is needed.

4-Hour Private Boat Rental Without Skipper at Agios Nikolaos

You can rent our boats for 1 or more full days of rental.
If you do not have a licence, the only boat you can rent and captain yourself is the 30hp boat. 
The 30hp boat can take up to 6 persons (adults or children) and is equipped with a sunshade. 
For a full day rental (Sfakia and Marathi), the 30hp boat is available from 09h00 (or later if you prefer) and bring it back at sunset (or earlier if you prefer) the same day.
In Sfakia only you can also bring it back at the latest 08h30 the following morning (for the same price).
From Sfakia you can easily explore the south coast all the way along to Agia Roumeli (village at the end of Samaria gorge, no roads!) and also the remote and beautiful beaches and villages (Agios Pavlos, Marmara marble beach, Loutro fishing village again no roads!), Sweet water Glyka Nera beach and Illingas beach - the options are many, you will not get bored! We will give you all the tips you need and of course a detailed briefing upon rental.

From Marathi, you can visit the beaches of Seitan Limania, Kalami, Kalyves, Almyrida, Kera and almost all the bay of Souda. We will of course give you a detailed briefing on where to go, which places to visit, where the best beaches are etc (and also where to be careful of rocks!) upon arrival (we will show you on a local map, there is also the same map on the boat). We will then also give you a detailed briefing on the boat and show you how everything works.
