What could possibly go better together than English wine and English cheese?  Quite simply nothing, they were made for each other!

 This wine tour will consist of a guided tasting at the award winning Chapel Down Vineyard and Wayfarer Wines.  Followed by a picnic lunch amongst the vines with of course a glass of Chapel Down wine.

 Then we head to Silcocks Farm, who are well known for their delicious cheeses and organic produce which is all made right there on the farm. We will introduce you to the cheese making process and organic farming, and then onto the main event…an English Wine and English Cheese pairing with some of our favourite English Wines and English Cheeses.

 You'll get to sample a selection of some of our favourite English Wine and English cheeses and learn the all important art to pairing food and wine; before having the opportunity to purchase some of the delights we've sampled (and more) from the fine food store.

English Wine and Cheese Tour from London

Small group or private tours. A walk around historic Belgravia. The wealthy neighbours to Buckingham palace. These were the days when a household had an army of servants. Servants after long days needed some where to relax, so a number of unique pubs were built. We will hear stories in our walk of London's most haunted pub. We will visit a pub frequented by Brian Epstein and the Beatles. We will visit the neighbourhoods last 'Free House' (That unfortunately doesn't mean the beers are free!). We will see where a Hollywood legend died a tragic death and the house where at a dinner party a discussion led to building of the Titanic. 

Historic London Pub Walk. A Walk Around Belgravia and Her Amazing Pubs 

London has a unique and gruesome history, much of which is fuelled by an excess of alcohol. The locations on this tour have been involved in riots, rebellions, murders, executions, plots, and, of course, plenty of pints of beer! Because of this, each of the unique and individual pubs we visit as part of this tour has its own unique history and unique ghosts. 

As part of this tour, not only will you visit some great pubs and have a chance to sample the delights of this part of London's pub scene, but you will also hear about the brutal, gory, and disturbing specters and spirits that haunt each pub and even some the locations that we will pass along the way. 

Starting at one of the most haunted pubs in London, and finishing in one the most historic, this is the perfect tour for people interested in their Spirits and their Spirits.

The historic Wapping pub crawl is truly an unique experience as our guide will take you through Wapping High Street with towering early-19th-century warehouses and past cobbled lanes and water stairs that once hosted slave traders, prostitutes and drunken sailors. 
We'll walk down Wapping Old Stairs by one of these pubs, the Town of Ramsgate, to Execution Dock, where convicted pirates were tarred, hanged and their bodies chained in a gibbet at low tide, to be left until three tides had washed over their heads. We will take you through some of the more recent changes in Wapping and a music hall built in 1859 to provide provide West End glamour, comfort and first-rate entertainment for East End working people.
Our guide will also provide recommendations on beer or other beverages to complete the true experience of a pub crawl. He has worked for wine merchants and a brewery, and is an actor with a love of history and architecture.
