Yoga is as much a physical journey as it is spiritual. I help my students to develop their practices for deep healing, transformation and, most importantly, relaxation. Through mindful sequences that emphasize alignment and the synchronization of breath and movement, students of all levels are encouraged to find and express themselves with their practice. Our goal of inspiring others makes us extra-aware of the students' different levels and needs, encouraging them with gentle adjustments. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I'm an earnest student of life aiming to expand my mindset and implement healthy thinking habits through learning mindfulness and aiming for excellence.

My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.
