Zurich Premium Fitness Pass

In the WING HO Kung Fu lesson "Wing Chun" Kung Fu and the Philippine stick fight "Eskrima" are taught. Even if the training contributes to fitness: everyone can learn Wing Chun. You don't have to be particularly athletic or strong. That is why this style is particularly suitable for self-defense. Wing Chun is martial art. The athletic competition is not the focus of the lessons.
