During this 2-hour activity, you will have a good time kayaking. Our kayaks are specially selected for a smooth and stable kayaking experience and they're great for beginners. Private Château Tour and Tasting in Australia

Visit the iconic Château Tanunda in the Barossa Valley with a tasting of wines from some of the oldest continually producing vineyards in the world. The experience includes a hosted seated wine tasting of six wines, including four wines from our Old Vine Expressions range from 50-, 100- and 150-year-old vineyards. Established in 1890, Château Tanunda is rated amongst the very finest wine producers in Australia, crafting wines of excellence that attract recognition from connoisseurs and wine critics around the world.

Join us on a guided tour of Pindarie, as you walk, taste and graze on the Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley. Tours run Monday-Friday starting at 11:30am and finishing 1:30pm daily. (weekend dates available on request)

Walk amongst the vines on a guided walking tour to the top of Schoff's Hill for a panoramic 360 degree view. Learn about our history, vines and fully sustainable farm on the western ridge of the Barossa. 

Taste estate grown wines in our heritage stables wine room. Taste and learn about alternative varieties Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Tempranillo and how they compare to the classic Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, all grown at Pindarie. Finish with a tasting of our iconic Black Hinge wines and learn about the newly planted white Fiano.

Finish the tour with a seasonal grazing lunch, whilst taking in panoramic views of the Barossa ranges and vineyards.

Walk, Taste, Graze - Experience at Pindarie

Enjoy a unique and fascinating journey of discovery of Yalumba's Cooperage; the only on-site winery Cooperage in Australia and one of five in the world. Our Cooperage experience begins with a short introduction of the winery and our family owners the Hill-Smiths. Enjoy a rare insight into the craft of wine barrel making, a tradition that has been happening at Yalumba for over 100 years. Depending on the time of year you will likely see firsthand the Coopers hard at work preparing or maintaining wine barrels for Yalumba's fine wines*. The Chateau Tanunda Everest Experience

Seppeltsfield is the only winery in the world that has an unbroken collection of fortified wine dating back to 1878. Each year the winery releases a 100 Year Old wine from the collection. 

Join this tour to visit the historic barrel cellar and to taste the 100 Year Old wine directly from the barrel.
