Be welcomed in Mareuil-sur-Ay at a typical Champagne House (Le Clos Corbier). After a Champagne quizz, train your nose to identify the different aromas and flavors that can be found in Champagne through an olfactory workshop. Get competitive as you get to identify blindly 3 different Champagnes from boutique wineries all while eating some local snacks. 
Immerse yourself into the french lifestyle with a traditional lunch which consists in homemade regional specialties paired with a variety of Champagnes.

Champagne Tasting Class and Lunch near Epernay

Be welcomed at 4:00pm in Mareuil-sur-Ay at a typical Champagne House in the middle of Champagne vineyards (Le Clos Corbier). During the visit to the cellars dug in the 1850's, you will start with the discovery of a traditional press and learn all about the secrets of the champagne making process. 
Take a seat and enjoy your tasting class with a champagne quiz then train your nose to identify the different aromas and flavors that can be found in Champagne through an olfactory workshop. Get competitive as you blindly identify 3 different Champagnes from the family including one Grand Cru Vintage. You will enjoy some local sweet treats and finger food paired with your champagnes ! (It can be adapted to allergies or specific diets)
Your Champagne experience ends around 5:30pm.



Afternoon Champagne visit & tasting class near Epernay

Together, we will leave for a period of 2 hours to discover the historic vineyard of Aÿ-Champagne, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will immerse yourself in my profession as a winegrower during a peaceful and romantic stroll. Then, I will make you discover my champagnes in the heart of the vines. It is therefore in the heart of nature and facing unforgettable landscapes, that the moment of a tasting time stops, giving way to the effervescence of Champagne emotions. Prepare to share my open-air bubble and remember to bring a cap, hat, scarf, jacket and good humor (depending on the weather conditions) on the day of our adventure.

Enter a fascinating estate in the Champagne region. Meet the winemakers, learn their secrets and discover their vaults. Discover hundred-year-old cellars and to taste their elaborate vintages. Taste 3 fine champagnes and live a unique experience!

Champagne Cellar tour and tasting

Unveil the art of sabrage in a delightful workshop at Le Clos Corbier, where you'll learn to open a bottle of Champagne with a saber. Guided by a passionate expert, dive into the rich history of this tradition that dates back to the Napoleonic era. Following a detailed introduction to the techniques and safety measures, you'll have the chance to sabre a bottle of either the exquisite Champagne Collard-Milesi or the Champagne Domaine Méa. The experience culminates in a tasting of your Champagne, paired with delicious gougères prepared by the chef, making it a perfect blend of celebration and camaraderie in the heart of Champagne.
