Zen Retreat Experience guided by a Buddhist Monk

I have practiced Kendo from the first year of elementary school until I was 25 years old. I would like to use that experience to spread the word to people all over the world. I also hope to have fun interacting with everyone, grow as a person, and enjoy life.

The experience begins with etiquette, the most important teaching in kendo, and then moves on to learning posture, swings, and basic techniques. You'll then practice on the ground and practice in a match format.

After the match, there will be time for exchanging opinions and impressions, as well as taking photos.
One of our special features is that at the end, you can wash off the sweat and refresh yourself in our bathing facilities. There are world-famous tourist spots near the Budokan, so you can experience Japanese culture even in between sightseeing.

This exclusive cultural experience begins at the meeting point in Yamanashi, where you will be guided into the serene world of Japanese craftsmanship. Under the master artisan's guidance, you will explore the meaning and aesthetic balance of kanji characters before selecting one that expresses your identity. 
You will then carve your own seal by hand and create traditional washi paper, which will feature your chosen character and the date of your visit. The experience concludes with a formal stamping ceremony using vermilion ink and a tranquil Japanese tea ceremony. 
As a keepsake, you will receive your handcrafted seal in a refined Fujiyoshida textile pouch, along with ink, a stamping mat, and your personalized washi artwork, allowing you to continue this cherished tradition at home.
