The guests will attend the Yoga Sessions at the Mindful Courtyard at Naav. It's a century old building restored into a beautiful space. It is a true representation of Indian Architecture. The store is very conveniently located in the heart of the city, away from the hustle bustle.

The class is led by an Expert in Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for several years and has a very good understanding of the practice.

Yoga in a heritage hall with a certified Yoga practitioner. Our Trainer is a young lady passionate about Yoga and fitness. Karishma, our trainer is articulate, cheerful and helpful. When she is busy otherwise, we have a retired male yoga teacher Mr. Jhalani who takes the class, he has been teaching Yoga for close to 50 years now!
