Genuine immersive experience with local guide. Visit the typical Azorean dairy farm, where milking is done by hand, outdoors in the pasture. Direct contact with the animals, including the possibility for visitors to manually milk the cow and taste the milk. It is also possible to pet the cows, take pictures with them and walk around the pastures. Interaction with the farmer who explains the details of his activity. Moved by a passion of food and history we decided to combine both and make our guests even more happy! 

This tour takes us around Angra do Heroísmo, the first World Heritage Town in Portugal and also the already capital of Portugal for two different times. It's not just sightseeing and learning, it's also understanding why food is a big part of our day to day life and how it affects us.

First, we will start by having an amazing breakfast with some of our incredible pastry, joined by some good coffee. We will also try our famous Portuguese Cherry Liqueur and understand why it's such a beloved beverage by all of us.

Finally we'll have our famous Bifana! The Azorean Pork sandwich on a beautiful bread with garlic butter.
