We will walk in the forest next to the Blanco river that comes from the volcano, go around incredible rock formations, cross streams of water, go up small ladders until at the very end we will pull ourselves with a rope inside the water to get into a big cave to see La Leona Waterfall

La Leona Waterfall Adventure Hike (Private Tour)

Looking for at a fun excursion to do together with your friend or family, then don't miss out on this rappelling. Only 6 km from Nosara downtown, we start the hike though the most amazing landscape. Crossing a lot of small rivers, to eventually end up at the most magical place, deep inside the Nosara's jungle. The 20 meter high waterfall called "the bad night". Many people just come to look at the beautiful waterfall, but this excursion gives you the special opportunity to rappel down the waterfall.

This adventure brings together two of the most stunning attractions in the vicinity of the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano: La leona waterfall and the Colorado River Tubing. You will have the opportunity to observe various types of wildlife such as white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys, egrets, bats, and long-nosed coatis. Get ready for a day full of excitement and adventure in this little paradise. We provide a snack in between activities and a delicious typical lunch served at our adventure center.
