Depart the Hobart waterfront at 10:30am and enjoy a leisurely 1/1.5 hr cruise along the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. You'll learn about the region's history, landmarks and buildings, whilst taking in spectacular scenery. Spot iconic wildlife, from seals to sea eagles and perhaps even dolphins or whales.

Upon arriving in Woodbridge, take a stroll through our grounds before your degustation lunch, featuring fresh, seasonal produce. Using ingredients from the globally renowned Huon Valley, Bruny Island waters and what we're growing in our garden.

After a long lunch, punctuated by local wines, craft beers and a couple of small surprises, you'll return to our luxury catamaran to cruise back to Hobart in quiet comfort, maybe indulging in a Tasmanian whisky or digestif before returning ashore at 4pm.

Hobart: Maria Island National Park - Nature & Wildlife Adventure

At 10.15am, journey to Mona in the Posh Pit—the ferry's lavish private lounge, bar and deck—devour complimentary canapés and beverages on the thirty minute voyage along the River Derwent. As you jump off the ferry, meet your Mona Host on the jetty landing, who will escort you to the Void Bar, introduce you to the bartender and get you sorted with a cocktail to fortify yourself for a quick plunge into the nearby galleries.

After some art, you'll arrive in the museum's Faro Bar and Restaurant for a feast from rockstar executive chef Vince Trim—including fancy matched drinks from Mona's wine cellar and access to Event Horizon, James Turrell's neuron-tingling light artwork.

At 3pm, your host will escort you to The Source Restaurant—for sweeping views, a final sip, and a special gift, before you head back underground.

Suitably addled/prepared, you'll explore David Walsh's subterranean collection of art and antiquities before slipping back onto the ferry (further snacks, drinks).

With soaring sea cliffs and monumental rock formations, Tasman National Park is a coastal wonderland. Here the waters of the Southern Ocean collide with the towering ancient cliffs of the Tasman Peninsula, creating dramatic caves and arches, ending spectacularly at Cape Raoul, its dolerite columns like steps down into the ocean waters.

The 90-minute wilderness cruise goes beyond the Port Arthur Historic Site to take in the cliffs, caves, arches and white sand beaches of the Tasman Peninsula to Cape Raoul.

Keep an eye out for the cheeky Australian and long nose fur seals that lounge at the base of the dolerite columnar cliffs of Cape Raoul. Look up to witness the sheer magnitude of these 170-million-year-old cliffs, rising from the oceans edge to touch the sky.

At 10.15am, catch the ferry from Hobart to Mona (departing from Brooke Street Pier).

On arrival at Mona, a member of our team will greet you for a quick welcome followed by self-guided exploration of the museum.

Ascend to The Source Restaurant for a tasting of five highlight Moorilla and Domaine A wines, flowing straight into a relaxed three-course set menu lunch with two of your favourite wines from the tasting, plus a hot beverage.

Once finished with lunch, your time is your own again, feel free to head back into the museum or explore the grounds, including live music on the Lawns before your 5.00pm return ferry to Hobart.
