Meet your host at the St.Tola goat farm for a farm tour that includes a walk through the pastures, a presentation on cheese making and production, and a cheese tasting! On the tour, you will walk amongst the goats (weather permitting) and learn about the different breeds as well as the history of the farm. 

After your tour, you will visit the cheese making facilities and learn about the the process before going to the kitchen for a special cheese making demonstration.
