After you meet your tour leader at La Spezia train station, you will take the first train that will take you to the small town of Manarola from where it will begin with your intrepid trekking experience. Get ready and explore the ancient trails of this mountain passing through the vineyards perched on the rock. Consider that the maximum height is 1000 ft and the climb is very steep. When you reach the top of the mountain and begin the descent towards Corniglia, you will be able to appreciate the charm of this little village that is more than 100 meters high at sea level!. After lunch, you will go to the train station to head towards our next destination, Vernazza. This village has best preserved the aspect of a marine town, the perfect place to relax while you admire the wonderful landscape. We are sure you will love it! You start from the center of Levanto and go up following the coast in the direction of the Castle, after passing it you proceed climbing quite quickly among typical crops and Mediterranean scrub with a beautiful panorama of the magnificent sea of the bay of Levanto. Once you reach the road, continue to the right and walk towards Punta Mesco. Here you take the path and cross places of incomparable beauty between Mediterranean scrub and cliffs overlooking the sea, once you reach a crossroads you can continue reaching the ruins of the Monastery of Sant'Antonio and the military lantern or go down to the right towards the center of Monterosso.
