But we certainly won't just give you theoretical notions! We will take you to see our trees which are more than 1200 years old up close: you can touch them and, for the bravest ones, even climb! Then we will take you to visit a small, very ancient church that is part of the history of our community and lastly you will have the opportunity to dine with typical local dishes prepared using the oil that we produce, so you can taste it!
