One of the most exciting boat trips is to visit the sunken city of Kekova. A terrible earthquake in the 2nd century AD caused a downward shift of land and submerged the ancient houses. You will travel by our vehicle  to Ucagiz Village  and then take a boat to Kekova area where you will witness the remains of the ancient city.

The ancient Lycian sunken city of Simena is often referred to as Kekova-Simena.   The city is a charming mix of ancient, medieval and modern history making it interesting as well as beautiful. 

The day begins with a drive to Üçağız village from our office in Kas center to board the boat which will then stop for a swim at Aquarium bay.

Our tours is fulled adventure, fun and explore. You can explore Turkish village and have tea break in village house, explore the canyons, swim at the Kaputaş beach. Firstly, we drive to village that was an old greek village between the vines. We will visit small village and enjoy stopping for tea break. Then we leave from village and everyone will prepair for water fights. If you want, you can join the water fight between vehicles. During the safari tour, we explore 2 canyons; there are Saklıkent canyon and Gizlikent canyon. Firstly, we pass to Gizlikent gorge then go to Saklıkent Gorge for walking with our experienced guide. This is a great experience. We have lunch buffet at restaurant that is located around Gizlikent gorge. After lunch, we drive to mud pool to have mud bath. Afterwards, we drive to Xanthos historical city of Lycian. Finally visiting the Kaputaş Beach for swimming. we will head back to Kaş.

Sea Kayaking Over The Sunken City of Kekova

Sea kayaking is the best way to get up close to the 3000 year old ruins of the sunken city. We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Kekova region that is one of the most beautiful spots on the Mediterranean. While there you will receive a full briefing about the day's route, the kayak and its equipment from your guide. Then we will start paddling from Üçağız Village to Tersane (Shipyard) Bay, with a swimming break at Tersane Bay and a great chance to view the ruins and sunken city whilst receiving information from your guide. Next we will paddle to Kale Köy (Simena) and have a lunch break plus time to rest and walk around lovely Kale Köy. Finally, we will paddle from Kale Köy (Simena) to Üçağız Village (Teimusa) and drive back to Kaş.
