Watch as mozzarella, stracciatella, burrata, ricotta and bocconcini are crafted right in front of you, while learning about the techniques and care that go into producing these delicate, high-moisture cheeses. You'll gain a deeper appreciation for the difference between freshly made cheese and what you typically find on the shelf — with the opportunity to taste just how good it can be.
